Luna conjures a large manifestation of condensed mana, then launches it towards a target area in an AoE equal to her Artifice Meta [6] for 10 Magic Damage. The type of damage can be made in one of her Favored Elements of her choosing before the initial attack. Additionally, enemies caught in the blast also gain 1 Rank of Blinded and Dazed, respectively.

Luna inspires all around her to keep fighting the good fight and not give up! As long as an ally is within 6 squares of her, they all gain +1 to-Hit (herself included).

Mana Control +11 (+12) The character’s ability to shift the flow of nearby mana. They might turn a torch into a blazing fireball, or cause water to create a giant wave, or anything such as that.
Mana Sensing +11 (+12) The character’s ability to sense mana that’s out of place. It’s commonly used to try and search for magical traps, or get a better sense of the area around the party.
Spell Lore +10 (+11) The character’s knowledge of magic and its inner workings. It can be used in anything from magical study to dismantling magical traps, if their primary function is magical.
Relic Lore +9 (+10) The character’s knowledge of magical implements, including Magical Scripts. It can also be used to dismantle traps, if they make of use magi-technology or have a catalytic source.
Vitality +5 (+9) The character’s stamina as well as their resistance to being thrown around. It’s used in tasks like running for a length of time, enduring pain over time, or not flinching at sudden pain.

Description A catalytic object shaped closely enough to a wizard’s staff to function as one. It consists of a gnarled, ornate looking branch growing around a crystalline orb of prismatic mana that pulses like a heart. Standard robes provided by the Wizard's Guild. It is colored blue, with a cape patterned with stars and moons across. It does not hinder movement, however it does not protect against most attacks.
Maker's Mark Grand Materia - Chimeric Titan Heart: Weapon deals Pahn Elemental Damage.
Legendary Enchantment Justice Be Done: When wielding this weapon, compile all HP healed, or ½ of all Damage Dealt with it over the course of battle (Whichever is higher). As a Sub-Action, once per battle, add this value to the next action that Heals HP or deals Damage. When applied as a Damage bonus, Justice Be Done is not wasted if the attack misses.

Looks can be deceiving, however… Superior Magical Script (1 Charge) - That means it won't break when casting Superior Magic. Contains the Superior Spell Comet. By applying Rank 3 Bleeding to herself, Luna may cast Comet immediately with no Charge time, but still as a Focused Action. This can only be attempted once per encounter. Worth nothing that, even if she gets Interrupted, Luna is still Bleeding. The Bleeding is also literally spewing blood from, like, everywhere. Nose, mouth, eyes, etc.
