 +**Personality and Description:**\\
 +----
+Described by some as more of a professional killer than a mercenary, Frank is essentially a bounty hunter with a questionable past. While he is not necessarily an evil individual, he has no qualms about doing what is necessary to accomplish a job.
 +
 +**Biography:**\\
 +----
+Born in Morroc, Frank began life as a young vagrant on the streets and spent most of his early years fighting for himself. For the most part, Frank's youth is a mystery.
 +
+Over the years, Frank carved himself a successful career as an independent mercenary and bounty hunter, offering his services to the highest bidder. Extortion, robbery and gunrunning were amongst Frank's activities during his colourful history.
 +
+Five years ago, Frank's fortunes took a turn for the worse when during a job he was betrayed and framed for a murder that he didn't commit. He was taken into custody by Raven Camelot, who at the time was serving as a young police lieutenant in the Lighthalzen City Police Department. While it isn't known who had betrayed him, Frank holds Raven responsible for costing him five years of his life in a prison cell.

 +**Episode II**
 +
+To his surprise, Frank was released from his sentence early and granted a full pardon. Unaware of who was behind this or who could have the authority to do it, he discovered that Kiel Hyre was the person responsible and that Kiel wanted him to track down a young woman who had escaped. Frank was initially disinterested, at least until he heard that the man who cost him five years of his life was involved, Raven Camelot. That plus the simple fact that he would have been thrown back into a cell had he declined.
 +
+He is currently searching for Erika Vanstein and Raven Camelot.
 +
+After tracking Raven and Erika for quite some time, Frank eventually located them in Hugel. Watching them enter her home, Frank set the building on fire in an attempt to kill Raven and waited outside should they manage to get out. Confronted by Frank and after a brief firefight, Raven ordered Erika and her friend Jared to flee while Raven himself dealt with Frank.
 +
+A vicious duel ensued between the two enemies though neither was able to best the other. Frank managed to escape into the woods, vowing that there would be another day that he would kill Raven. Frank's whereabouts are currently unknown, though he was last seen wounded and lacking a firearm.
