 +**Personality and Description**\\
 +----
 +
+Cold, silent and unforgiving, Francis Drake comes off as an incredibly fearsome man to come face to face with. Whether he is in combat or in a game of Blackjack. Drake seldom holds back and forces his way through most situations. Unstoppable in battle, the captain blasts away anyone in his way with powerful water magic.
 +
+The cold voice of his often carries the tone of an aged man that has spent decades at sea, often humming an old, unknown tune before he boards enemy ships.

 +**Biography** \\
 +----
 +
+//"The King of Dead Seas hears, The King of Dead Seas sees, The King of Dead Seas speaks, Francis Drake is here."//
 +
+Those are the words spoken by El Quattor's older generations to their children, and their children to their descendants. Francis Drake has been a legend for as long as people remember him to be. Bearing no characteristics of the races blessed with longevity, rumors fly about as to what Drake really is, from an immortal soul sailing the seas, to a madman that tapped into necromancy to the point he turned himself into unlife.
 +
+What is known, however, is that Drake commands a fleet of mass undead, and that most, if not all ships he attacks end up with its crew dead, assimilated into his own crew as they serve him eternally. Those that survive are either ones that were wise enough to put down their weapons, or imprisoned by those who were killed by Drake. People who lived to tell the tales recall powerful dark and water mana surging from The King of Dead Seas himself.
 +
+On the other hand, occasionally docking at various cities throughout the archipelago, Drake is often seen in the bars, and in Comodo's case, the casino. Silently drinking and playing Blackjack, this is perhaps the only times when people view the captain as a normal person like any other.
 +
+To people, Francis Drake is a (un)living legend, and an undead crew that requires no food and water only meant rumors spread that Francis Drake has already sailed to the far ends of the world where no man has ever set foot upon.

 +**Recent Development**\\
 +----
 +
+  * Before the Empress crew arrived, Drake has already went ahead and murdered every crew member of the slaver Jimothy Martinus' ship and left Martinus barely alive. As soon as he forced information out of Martinus and saw to it the Empress crew escorted the freed slaves on their shuttle, Drake brutally murdered Martinus and turned him into one of the crew.
+  * Having encountered Myra Blacklane on his way to rout the slavers in Comodo, he gave Myra the last chance to deal with the slavers before he deals with the problem himself.
